I don't want to babble around about candle lighting too much but it just happens to be my favorite lighting fixture. I like outdoor candle lanterns because the light alone makes you feel more at piece. It almost has something spiritual when you are relaxing on your patio, enjoying a good book and a glass of wine all in a soft glowing lighted setting cause by some outdoor candle lanterns. My favorite ones are Moroccan lanterns because of the design and the light effect but other lanterns will also work for me. It is an addiction worth being addicted to.
Showcased on the left is one of my favorite designs when it comes to small outdoor candle lanterns. I really love this design because it is simple and looks authentic. It comes in different sizes and is also available as a huge lantern but I believe you will get the most out of it when you go for the smaller ones. You can get them in black and white but I like them both so that is why I use them as a set. They look great on a wooden table but you can also place them on a wooden floor. You can even hang them and use them as a hanging lantern but my opinion is that they look much better standing on the ground.
If
you like some more color in your candle lanterns than these Moroccan candle lanterns might do it for you. They are available in blue, amber and red (the glass) and they just look great. You can buy one or two and place them somewhere in your home interior or on your patio but you can also buy a bunch of them (they are cheap and make a string light out of them and use it on your patio. They are made out of glass and the brass is decorated with small cutouts giving a nice effect to it's surrounding.
To the left we see a nice sweet little table top candle lantern. It comes with a battery charged candle that flickers when you turn it on but If you were me than I would rip out that battery powered candle and put a real one in it because that will look so much better. But if you do like candles that run on batteries than enjoy this one because it will keep working for over 600 hours, just a little bit more than your average real candle.
But maybe you like things a little bit bigger? The lanterns you see on the left are quite bigger than the ones already mentioned and I can't help it that they don't make me as exited as the small ones. Large outdoor candle lanterns really need to be very special if they want to add something because otherwise they will get a bit dull. These lanterns are not dull but they just don't do it for me but I have to say I am someone that likes colors and special designs. My first piece of advice would be to remove the huge candle that is inside it and replace it with a few smaller candles of different sizes instead. More flames are always better (I like flamers) and it will look much nicer compared to one huge candle.
Let's have a look at the last fine outdoor candle lantern I want to write you about. Sorry to say these are also rather small but small ones just look much better. I have to admit that they run on solar power and that the candles inside of them are actually not real but because of the amber glass you probably won't notice the difference. These outdoor lanterns are great to stick in the ground near your patio or right at your garden but make sure they are insight because they are worth looking at.
